Ethics and Policies

Publication Ethics:

  • RESET follows strict ethical guidelines:

  • All submissions must be original work

  • Plagiarism will result in immediate rejection

  • Simultaneous submission to other venues is not allowed

  • Proper attribution of prior work is required

  • Conflicts of interest must be declared

 

Plagiarism Policy:

  • Maximum similarity index: 20% (excluding references)

  • Papers exceeding this limit will be desk-rejected

Attendance Policy

Mandatory Presentation:

  • At least one author must register and present the paper

  • Non-presented papers will be withdrawn from proceedings

 

Virtual Presentation- Available for reasons like:

  • Visa denial

  • Medical emergency

  • Travel restrictions

  • Cost limitations for in-person travel by home institutions/departments

Review Policy

Review Criteria:

  • Originality: Novel contribution to the field

  • Technical Quality: Sound methodology and rigorous analysis

  • Clarity: Well-written and well-organized

  • Relevance: Fits conference scope and themes

  • Significance: Impact on research or practice

 

Reviewer Guidelines:

  • Constructive and respectful feedback

  • Objective evaluation based on merit

  • Confidentiality of submitted work

  • Timely completion of reviews
